5. 30-Day Flat Fee Guarantee: All of our flat-fee, non-transaction legal services come with a 30-Day Flat Fee Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will work with you to ensure the legal services meet your needs or adjust accordingly. If you are still not satisfied after this 30 day review period, we will waive our legal fees.

Instead of paying for services by the hour, we provide fractional general counsel services on a monthly subscription, utilizing a service credit system for maximum efficiency and transparency.

• Tailored Plans for Your Business: We offer three tiers—Foundation, Growth, and Summit—designed to meet the needs of businesses at different stages of growth. Each plan includes unlimited phone calls, emails, and video consultations, along with a set number of service credits.

• Service Credits: These credits can be applied to any legal service your business requires, from contract drafting and review to corporate compliance and general business advice. This system allows you to choose the services that matter most to you, when you need them.

• Monthly Payments: Our monthly subscription model makes it easy to plan and manage your legal budget without unexpected costs or fluctuations.

• Flexibility: Unlike many other fractional general counsel services, we don’t limit the types of services you can access under each plan. You have the freedom to use your service credits for any legal need, and any unused credits roll over to the next period.

If you are not entirely satisfied within 30 days of the delivery of the final product of any flat-fee, non-transaction legal package, we will do everything possible to make it right at no extra charge. Should you still be unsatisfied, we will fully refund your legal fees minus any direct out-of-pocket disbursements.

We stand behind all our services, including our General Counsel service. Our 30-Day General Counsel Guarantee ensures that if you are not 100% satisfied with our General Counsel service after the first 30 days, we will refund the full amount and cancel the engagement, no questions asked.

If your transaction is unable to proceed due to factors beyond your control, we will waive our legal fees, with the exception of any direct out-of-pocket disbursements. This guarantee does not apply if the deal fails due to your own actions, such as withdrawing from the transaction or failing to meet contract conditions required for closing, including securing financing. Any out-of-pocket disbursements incurred up to the point of the deal’s termination remain payable and will be settled using the retainer held in trust. If the retainer does not cover these disbursements, you are responsible for paying the outstanding balance.

We offer the option to meet at our downtown office located at Suite 2500, 500 - 4th Avenue SW, Calgary, or at a meeting room in another convenient location within Calgary, Okotoks, or Cochrane, depending on your needs. Simply let us know your preferences, and we will make the necessary arrangements. For clients outside these areas, our virtual services remain an accessible and effective way to provide the legal support you need, no matter where you are located.
