This plan provides comprehensive legal support for series funding, equity management, contracts, employment, and intellectual property protection.

Services not included in the Service List are billed separately from the monthly fee. However, each Plan offers a percentage discount of all other Flat Fee Services that we offer. Any civil litigation is billed at our current hourly rate, but both our Grow Plan and Accelerate Plan offer a percentage discount on our hourly rate.

We stand behind all our services, including our General Counsel service. Our 30-Day General Counsel Guarantee ensures that within the first 30 days, we will address any immediate legal problems, complete our contract reviews, and provide you with a legal roadmap. If you are not 100% satisfied with our General Counsel service after the first 30 days, we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Contract review includes reviewing, editing, and negotiating any contract that is 30 pages or less with any counterparty.

Our General Counsel plans are billed automatically every 30 days from your sign-up date and require an active credit card on file.

Initial 30 Days: You can cancel within the first 30 days of signing up and receive a full refund for the first month's payment. After 30 Days: If you cancel after the initial 30 days and during an active service period, all services end on the cancellation date, and any remaining services in the package are forfeited as of the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for any remaining days in that service period.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
