I’m Andrew Roy, the founder of Roy Legal. For nearly a decade, I’ve worked with Albertans across business and personal legal matters. My background includes serving as in-house counsel, advising large public sector organizations, and supporting credit unions before moving into private practice.
I started Roy Legal to make quality legal services more accessible. Instead of billable hours and uncertainty, I focus on flat-fee pricing, clear processes, and defined deliverables. Every service is designed around transparency and value, backed by guarantees you can rely on.

If your service isn’t listed, schedule a short consultation or email us. We’ll provide a flat-fee quote within 24 hours.

Retainer Agreement
once you confirm the flat fee, we send you a retainer agreement with clear scope and deliverables.

Verification (if required)
If we are receiving or processing funds, we complete verification before starting work.

Engagement
After retainer and verification are complete, we proceed with the work.

Completion and Delivery
You receive the finished product on time, with no surprises in cost or scope.

Flat-Fee Satisfaction Guarantee – If a flat-fee service doesn’t meet the agreed scope, we fix it at no additional charge or refund your fee.
